Healthy Habits Baking Company was created because I love to eat well, but also love me some goodies!
Where it all started...
In 2008, I struggled with an eating disorder where I was extremely under nourishing my body for the activities I was performing.
I worked with a Nutritionist to learn a healthy relationship with food, and from there the rest was history.
After graduating with my Bachelors Degree, I continued my education of health & wellness on my own.
Everyday is an opportunity to learn and grow as much as possible to not only keep bettering myself, but helping others.
The better food we put into our bodies will overall make us perform, sleep & feel better. We can still enjoy some delicious treats while being mindful of what we are putting into our bodies.
